Hanna’s Hugs Makes it First Delivery
Our new stuffed animal ministry made it’s first "delivery" to the St. Luke’s Hospital Pediatrics Dept. on Wednesday, Oct. 12. The kids, and some adults, from our Wednesday evening Clue’s Club program helped Hana Krommenhoek (who was the inspiration behind Hana’s Hugs) take 150 stuffed animals up to St. Luke’s. The goal of the ministry is for every child that enters St. Luke’s be able to choose a stuffed animal to keep during their hospital stay and then take home with them.
We are still collecting animals. Remember, they must be new and unused. You can drop them off at the church office or in the Hana’s Hug "Animal Ark" behind the sanctuary.
